what we collect

when you connect your slack account, we store:

• your slack user id and team id
• your workspace name and display name
• an oauth access token (used solely to update your slack status)
• your configured working hours, timezone, and status preferences

how we use it

your data is used exclusively to update your slack status at your configured working hours. we do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

slash commands

when you use the /slackhours command, we receive your slack user id and team id to look up your settings. no message content is accessed or stored.

where it's stored

all data is stored in cloudflare d1 (cloudflare's serverless database). your oauth token is stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

data deletion

you can revoke access at any time by removing the slack hours app from your slack workspace. to request full data deletion, contact us at the support page.

third parties

we only communicate with the slack api to read your profile and update your status. no other third-party services receive your data.
